Renovated Loyola Hall
Reopened Fall 2023
GMercyU's original residence hall for first-year students has a whole new look! Every room now features new air conditioning units, micro-fridges, and new furniture and floors, while the much-loved and spacious wardrobes were preserved. Upgrades also included all new lighting fixtures in rooms and common areas, new interior paint, improved lounge areas, and super-fast Wifi throughout the building.

Frances M. Maguire Healthcare Innovation Campus
Opening 2025
Made possible by a transformational $10 million gift from the Maguire Foundation, this future state-of-the-art hub of healthcare innovation will address the healthcare needs of today and tomorrow, with the goal of improving access and equity for all.

Renovated Valley Pizza Co.
Reopening Fall 2024
The first floor of the Waldron Center is getting an updated new look, with a revamped Valley Pizza Co. and Starbucks outpost, and additional space for hanging out with friends between classes.
Renovated Frank O. Genuardi Legends Baseball and Softball Fields
Reopened Spring 2024
The long-awaited renovations to GMercyU's baseball and softball fields include new scoreboards, bullpens, batting tunnels, dugouts, backstops, fencing, and a new synthetic field for the baseball team (softball will keep their preferred dirt field). The softball field also features a new warning track.
M.E.R.V's Market in University Hall
Opened January 2023
Refuel between classes at this convenient new spot on the first floor of UHall. Choose from meals-to-go, snacks, drinks, sweet treats, and more -- perfect for an afternoon energy boost. Equipped with self-checkout; open during all building hours.
Evans Road Campus Entrance
Reopened April 2023
Thanks to a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), GMercyU's Evans Road entrance will soon feature improved traffic flow and a new walking trail, offering easier access to campus for Griffins and their guests.
Mercy Center for Service, Spirituality & Justice
